What's Included
Accomodations
Every room is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including AC, Wi-Fi, and easy access to the beach. From intimate spaces with stunning ocean views to spacious suites with private balconies, we cater to every budget and preference. Your retreat experience is designed to be both relaxing and comfortable, ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable stay.
Meals & Food
All meals are included, featuring a set menu based on Ryan's nutritional protocols to meet the physical demands of the week. Enjoy three full meals, two healthy snacks, and one smoothie per day, all prepared by some of the best chefs in Mexico. Meals are served family-style and seamlessly integrated into the daily schedule, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.
Transportation
Transfers to and from the airport will be managed by a Mindflo team member, ensuring you're supported every step of the way. All transportation for tours, excursions, and offsite dinner is also included, so you can relax and enjoy the experience without any worries.
Ceremonies & Tours
The week will include a tour of the breathtaking Gran Cenote, one of Tulum's renowned freshwater swimming holes, where you'll encounter turtles, bats, fish, and other wildlife. To cap off this transformative week, we'll host a healing cacao sound bath ceremony, using traditional Mayan instruments to transport you to a place of deep inner peace.
Spa Services
Enjoy one included spa service at Amansala's renowned in-house spa, located on the roof top of Amansala Chica. Choose from a rejuvenating massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology session, or a traditional Mayan healing treatment for a truly restorative experience.
Fitness Classes
All fitness classes, runs, and walks are group based, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared progress. Led by Ryan, expect dynamic and challenging training, featuring HIIT-style workouts, functional training, heavy resistance training, mobility training and one of a kind beach workouts.
Wellness & Mobility
Each yoga class will focus on a series of movements and flows specifically designed to complement the week's running and training activities. We'll introduce mobility protocols that incorporate new therapies aimed at enhancing performance and aiding recovery. In the afternoons, you'll practice powerful breathwork techniques combined with cold exposure therapy through custom ice baths on the stunning beach of Amansala's resort.
Traditional Mayan Ceremony - Cacao Sound Bath
Our retreat features one traditional healing ceremony, guided by local shamans and healers. These ceremonies incorporate authentic Mayan customs and rituals, offering a profound and immersive experience that connects you with the rich cultural heritage of the region and promotes holistic healing and spiritual growth.
Cold Exposure Therapy & Breath Work
Led by Ryan, an expert facilitator, each day includes a guided breath work session and an invigorating ice bath experience that offers participants a chance to explore the power of controlled breathing techniques and cold exposure leaving you refreshed, revitalized, and ready to tackle each day with renewed vigor.
Resort & Beach Zone Amenities
You'll have access to all hotel amenities, including bicycles, pools, hot tubs, beach club, beach deck and day beds. Enjoy easy and secure access to Tulum Beach and the hotel zone, allowing you to explore shopping, nightlife, scooter rentals, and all the vibrant surroundings with peace of mind.
Full Time Retreat Facilitator

Mindflo retreats offer a balanced schedule of group fitness, meditation, yoga, breath work and ice baths, fostering connection and camaraderie among participants. You'll also have ample free time to enjoy the beach and relax. Some days feature tours, healing ceremonies, excursions, and other activities but you'll never feel rushed.

Morning Meditation

Guided meditation and mindfulness practice
This practice is based on the Four Pillars technique that Ryan has personally practiced for 15 years and shared with clients throughout his career: Gratitude, Goal Setting, Visualization, and Affirmation.
Beach Walk or Run

Just as the morning meditation prepares the mind, a fasted morning beach walk or light run primes the body for the day's training and movement practices, ensuring you're energized and ready for the sessions ahead.

This yoga class is custom-designed for men of all experience levels and led by a world-class yoga teacher who is also a former athlete. The sessions focus on enhancing mobility and strength specifically for male bodies, ensuring a tailored and effective practice.

Group training sessions led by Ryan are challenging, dynamic, and fun. Group runs will be supported by two pacers for those preferring a faster pace. The resort will provide all necessary equipment to facilitate a variety of exercises, ensuring diverse movement and resistance options are available.
